1. Be on time according to the schedule announced for the day of first rehearsal at the university, final rehearsal and graduation ceremony day at BITEC (Bangna).

2. When the photoshoot was stopped on the day of the graduation ceremony, all graduates are properly attired. Please eat adequate amounts of food and choose the food that will not cause any health problems. Anyone who has a pre-existing condition should take complete preventive medications. Those who have a sudden illness, rush to see a medical unit as soon as possible and notify the Graduate Management Committee as well to help graduates to attend the ceremony smoothly and to prevent any unexpected incident.

3. Queuing to report oneself must be in the order of faculty and according to the correct number with a calm manner. Graduates must maintain polite manners and not make noise which is a good quality that a graduate should have.

4. Report oneself by recording data and presenting the graduate identification card to the committee.

5. The graduates must pass through metal detectors and must not carry prohibited items before entering the ceremony room Therefore, when there is a loud alarm signal triggered by any graduate, the committee on the part of the Royal Guard Department (Royal Guard Department) and the institution/university need to examine that graduate in detail and, in the case of any prohibited items found, the committee must seize them. Therefore, the following items are considered prohibited items. Do not carry with you and these items are strictly forbidden to enter the ceremony room.

❌ All metals, pens, pencils, except house keys and car keys (1 key only), which graduates must hold in their hands to show the directors and be clearly seen while walking through a metal detector.

❌ Cameras of all kinds and sizes.

❌ Bags, cloth bags, paper bags, both sling and clip & carry.

❌ Cigarettes, pipes and all kinds of lighting equipment.

❌ All kinds of communication devices.

❌ All kinds of wristwatches.

❌ All kinds of jewelry.

❌ Memo paper, tissue paper and other paper of all kinds.

❌ Sunglasses and any eyeglasses, except prescription eyeglasses but in case the prescription lenses are of a dark color, the graduate must notify the Graduate Management Committee.

6. All graduates must strictly follow the dress code for graduation ceremony regulations. For example:

❌ Do not wear wigs and any form of synthetic hairpiece.

❌ Do not dye hair that is not the natural color of Asian people and do not use any spray-on or make any hair color highlighted.

❌ Do not paint fingernails. Do not use fake nails and do not keep long nails.

❌ Male graduates are forbidden to grow moustaches and beards.

7. All graduates must be composed, maintain good manners and not make noise.

8. Walk through the royal path in a normal manner. Do not jump.

9. Do not chew gum at any time until the ceremony is completed.

10. During the ceremony, if the graduates who are on stage miss any steps, or fall, or whose name does not match the graduate’s name being announced, the graduates who are seated must not laugh or show any signs of disrespect. The graduates who fall on the stage should get up and then proceed as normal. Don’t run off the stage.

11. Graduates should advise relatives in advance where to meet when the ceremony is finished because institutions/universities will refrain from broadcasting public relations announcements after the start of the ceremony. (The Public Relations Department will publicize only necessary government announcements).
